Reinventing Organisations
Reinventing Organisations
Frederic Laloux
A few years ago, I wrote a book called Reinventing Organizations. The book turned into a global phenomenon that has inspired countless organizations to adopt radically more soulful and purposeful management practices.
With the book, I tried to answer the question: is it possible to run organizations in a whole new way? I now know the answer to be an emphatic “Yes!”
Since then, a new question emerged: So how do we do it? How do we reinvent an existing organization in such fundamental ways? That’s the topic of this video series.
The insights I share in the videos emerged for me after the book came out, through conversations I’ve had with a number of leaders who are on such a bold journey of reinvention.
In these conversations, certain patterns showed up: things that work and things that don’t, typical pitfalls many organizations discover, things we are called to unlearn and relearn …
In adds up to an ambitious body of work. More than 130 videos, 7-10 minutes long on average, close to 20 hours of content!
About the author (Frederic Laloux)
I’m humbled, honored and overjoyed hearing from many readers who spontaneously put something in place to help the book’s ideas reach a wider audience. Feel free to do the same! This book now belongs to you as much as to anyone else.
I don’t travel much at all, and only in the rarest of cases do I give a talk or advise organizations around the ideas of Reinventing Organizations. Right now I’m working full time on The Week, a project to invite many more people to join the climate mobilization. Check it out!
Thank you for your interest in me and my work.
Be well!
